Is Cannabis legal in Alaska? How much can I buy?

Yes, you are allowed to purchase marijuana in Alaska. No more than one ounce of flower, seven grams of concentrate, or 5,600 milligrams THC in edibles may be purchased in a single transaction. Please note, you must have a childproof container when transporting in Alaska, even if it’s for personal use.

How can I transport it?

When in Alaska, you can transport up to one ounce of flower. This must be in a childproof container, such as a pop top or zip bag provided by the retail facilities. It is not recommended to carry your cannabis in anything other than approved packaging.

Where can I smoke?

While public consumption is on it’s way, it is still illegal for anyone to smoke marijuana in public. The best recommendation we have is to go back to your hotel, home, or private residence to smoke. Driving while on cannabis or smoking in a car can result in a DUI. PLEASE BE SAFE.

Does the online menu ship to me?

While we do have an online menu, this is for ordering ahead of time to make sure your strain is available and to cut down on your time. We CAN NOT ship cannabis anywhere in Alaska, or beyond. Consumers must come into facilities, have their ID checked, and pay for their product. Only those 21 and older can order and pick up cannabis in Alaska.
