Congrats to the Winners of the 2nd Annual Matsu Valley Budtender Awards

We are proud to be the presenting sponsors again for this amazing event. The competition was tight but some great budtenders out there going home with a sawg bag from the sponsors and a 5 lb, enghraved crystal trophy! If you weren’t aware, we just finished up the voting for the budtender awards, at the end of February.

During the first round, voters from across the valley try to make their favorite budtenders a finalist. Then, in round 2, those finalists are voted on to win one of 12 possible awards, including the ones shown in the image.

Country Cannabis took two of the biggest awards this year “Budtender of the Year” and “People’s Choice Retail”, so congrats to them! Matanuska Cannabis won last year’s “People’s Choice Cultivation” but this year it goes to “Green Go” with Canna Get Happy. And Fireweed Extracts takes home the “People’s Choice Lab” as they deserve!
